― Rich body and mellow umami, with an elegant aroma ―

Uses high-quality organic first flush tea leaves nurtured by the climate, soil, and traditional techniques of Uji, Kyoto. Perfect for koicha (thick tea) and usucha (thin tea), as well as a slightly luxurious matcha latte or sweets. A small amount provides a significant presence. On hot days, chilled matcha is also a refreshing recommendation. Its high-quality aroma and mellow umami pair well with traditional Japanese confections such as wagashi and dried sweets.
